Abby grew up as both a PK and an MK (pastor's and missionary's kid!). She was born in a small town in Pennsylvania where her Dad was a Methodist pastor. In 1999, Abby's family joined Send International as missionaries and moved to Glennallen, Alaska. Moving with four kids in a 15-passenger van for two weeks was quite an adventure but everyone survived! Abby absolutely loved growing up in a small town and to this day, greatly enjoys anything Alaskan, and doing anything outdoors - hunting, hiking, camping, biking, running, and the new found excitement of dip-netting!
Abby's family moved to Anchorage
during the summer of 2009, which is when they began attending Trinity. Abby
completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at Milligan College in
Tennessee. Upon graduation, she moved back to Alaska and started playing in the
worship band and volunteering at Trinity. She joined the staff the following
spring and became a member the summer of 2010. Abby is continually thankful to
be a part of the Trinity family. “It has been an incredible gift and a source
of great joy and growth”.
